3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.

4.1 If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, or self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal without undue delay by e-mail.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if such diminished value is attributable to handling that was not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We recommend returning the goods carefully packaged and insured to avoid damage during transit. Where possible, please use the original packaging.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the applicable statutory VAT and all other price components.
5.2 In addition to the prices indicated, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €20.00 per order for deliveries within the European Union, unless otherwise stated for the respective product.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and during the ordering process.
For deliveries outside the European Union, shipping is available exclusively upon request. The respective shipping costs will be communicated to the customer separately.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery is currently available within Germany and the European Union.
6.2 Delivery times are generally between 3 and 8 business days. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment is currently made via PayPal. Additional payment methods may be available during the checkout process.
8. Retention of Title
8.1 The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
9. Liability for Defects
9.1 Frautz shall be liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch).
9.2 An additional guarantee for goods supplied by Frautz shall only apply if expressly stated for the respective item in the corresponding order confirmation.
10. Dispute Resolution
We are willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board for the settlement of disputes with consumers.
